Newram provides lifetime warranty - 1 to 1replacements to customers for defective products within the applicable warranty period.
２．Limitation of Warranty.
Please note that Newram is not responsible for providing free repair if the product defect is caused by any of the following factors:
(1) The damage is caused by a natural calamity.
(2) The product has been repaired or taken apart by unauthorized technical staff.
(3) The warranty label is missing or fractured.
(4) The product serial number is not compatible with our original system or the label has been fractured.
(5) Products are bought from unauthorized channels.
(6) Customer is not following instructions in user’s manual correctly.
And, this limited warranty covers only repair or replacement of Newram products. Newram is not liable for any loss of data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing Newram products.
３．Customers who are suitable for warranty rules.
Newram warranty policy applies to all Newram products sold at authorized channels.
